Jamal Kidwai has been the Director of AMAN Trust since 2005, prior to that he worked as the Programme Manager at AMAN Trust. He has earlier worked with OXFAM Great Britain and Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi, India. His contribution in the field of social welfare and development is noticeable.

Ankita Gupta is associated with AMAN Trust since 2014; she is the Programme Consultant prior to which she worked as Research Consultant to AMAN Trust’s working group. She has earlier worked with SOS Children’s Village, India and North Eastern Social Research Centre, Guwahati on issues concerning children, youth and women in armed and ethnic conflict affected northeastern regions of India.

Radhe Shyam Sharma  is associated with AMAN Trust since 2004: He is the Programme Assistant at AMAN Trust . He was associated with OXFAM Great Britain’s disaster response team as Purchase Manager for about five years across Indian states.

Ashok Kumar Yadav is the accountant at AMAN Trust since past six years. He manages the financial aspects of various programmes at AMAN.

Ranjit Kumar is project coordinator-AMAN Trust’s Bihar Programme since 2004; earlier he has worked with Bihar Vikas Dalit Samiti as project officer in Bihar state, India.

Devrani Kumari is senior project officer – AMAN Trust’s Bihar Programme since 2004; she has actively worked on providing legal aid services to vulnerable women in Jehanabad district of Bihar state, India.

Sakshi Uniyal, Field Officer – AMAN Trust’s
Delhi, since 2023; she will participate in the outreach activities of the office and field work as and when required by various programmes at AMAN.
